A Sunday Afternoon with Friends

This past Sunday some of my good friends came over for a visit. Unfortunately, I spent most of the time sleeping. I had to rest up for the evening so I could keep Mommy and Daddy up all night. It all worked out though, because I didn't have to sleep in my swing or moses basket at all because everyone wanted to hold me.

This is my Daddy holding my buddy David. It was a Daddy swapping kind of day.
All in all it was a great day! I can't wait for more friends to come visit me as I get older!
Today I got another bath. When my tush hits the water I can't help but cry. But once I ease into the warm suds, I can't help but enjoy it! I can't smile quite yet, but I'm smiling on the inside!
Check in soon for more updates. My Aunt Lisa bought me some new duds that I will be sporting soon!

My First Bath!

Hey Guys! Its me again! Sorry for the delay on posting the video of this momentus occasion! My Mom and Dad have been meaning to post this but they have been a little busy tending to my every last whim! Maybe I will give them a break soon so they can post more pics and video of me for all of you to enjoy! So check back daily!

Love you all!
Kaden

Time with Daddy

"Walk a little slower Daddy" said a child so small,
"I'm following in your footsteps, and I do not want to fall"
Sometimes your steps are very fast,
Sometimes they're hard to see;
So walk a little slower Daddy,
For you are leading me.
Some day when I'm all grown up,
You're what I want to be;
Then I will have a little child,
Who will want to follow me.
And I would want to lead just right,
And know that I was true;
So walk a little slower Daddy,
For I must follow you.

A Formal Introduction

Pleased to meet you world. My name is Kaden and I am three weeks old. I like to pass time by eating, sleeping and pooping. To entertain myself I enjoy dirtying my diaper right after Mom or Dad changes me... they think it's just a coincidince. They're adults, they should know better than that.

For my formal introduction I would like to show you a photo that you won't be seeing much of on my blog: a photo of me sleeping. Let me correct myself; I love to sleep during the day, but I'm a bit of an insomniac and the nights find me restless. Crying makes me feel a little better, especially since when I cry Mom and Dad smother me with attention.

So here it is, this is probably the first and last time you'll ever catch me sleeping.
